2007 Zinfandel----SOLD OUT----
The 2007 vintage enjoyed a mild and extremely dry winter with seasonally cool temperatures. This vintage was hand picked on October 14, 2007 producing six barrels. Staying true to the distinctive flavors of the Zinfandel berries, the wine was developed in neutral oak barrels with a small percentage of new oak introduced which only a discerning nose and palate will discover. With this wine, you will find distinct aromas of currant, bing cherries and a hint of lavender. These aromas continue through to the palate and combine with mid-palate notes of French prune, black pepper, vanilla and finish with a lingering note of toasted almonds.

2008 Zinfandel----SOLD OUT----
In 2008, we experienced a wet winter and a late spring freeze damaged almost half our production yet we continued the practice of allowing only one cluster per cane to ripen. The grapes were hand picked on October 8, 2008 producing three barrels and, again, the wine was developed in neutral oak barrels. We bottled the wine on August 6, 2010. The wine has continued to develop beautifully in the bottle and expected to become even more enjoyable over the next 12 to 18 months. The 2008 brings out more black pepper, anise and mineral tones in the aroma followed by a smooth palate of cherries, raisin and chocolate.
